Vendor obligations when using Stamp. These terms exist to keep the verification network credible; vendors who breach them undermine the value of every certificate, including their own.
EFFECTIVE: 11 June 2026 (DRAFT) · CONTACT: VERIFY@STAMPCERTIFIED.COM
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between 3DGE, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands, operating the Stamp service at stampcertified.com ("Stamp," "we," "us"), and the individual or entity creating a Stamp vendor account or otherwise using the service (the "Vendor," "you"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and references to "you" mean both you and that entity.
Stamp provides an independent verification service for B2B customer proof. The core service comprises: business verification of the vendor itself; the capture flow for gathering reference-customer responses; reviewer-led verification of customer-confirmed claims; issuance of tamper-evident certificates at permanent public URLs; and embeddable badges and widgets that surface live certificate status. The full feature description is on the marketing pages.
We continuously improve the service. We may add, remove, or modify features; for material changes affecting your existing certificates we will notify you. Past certificates remain accessible at their permanent URLs for the duration of their validity, regardless of subsequent service changes, except where retraction or expiry has occurred.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately at verify@stampcertified.com of unauthorised access or any other security incident affecting your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, and you must provide accurate, current information when creating and maintaining your account. Business verification depends on the information you provide matching the registry of record (KvK / VIES).
You may not use Stamp to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules; see Section 9.
The whole platform's value depends on what we will not do, regardless of payment or commercial pressure:
The full and current statement of these commitments lives on the security page. By using Stamp you acknowledge that these commitments are mutual: your customers' trust in our independence is what makes your certificates worth displaying.
Stamp obtains consent for verification directly from the reference customer through the consent flow at /approve/[token] or /r/[token]. You may not bypass this flow, pre-fill it on the customer's behalf, or otherwise present captured responses to Stamp as having been confirmed by the customer when they were not.
The reference customer can retract consent at any time. When that happens, the public record updates, the embeds on your site step down to a neutral state, and you are notified. You may not respond by misrepresenting the certificate as still active, or by hosting cached copies of the certificate elsewhere in a way that implies it remains in force.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Stamp. You grant Stamp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and process that content for the purposes of providing the service: prescreening, presenting it to reviewers, issuing certificates, serving the verify page and embeds, and surfacing the verified version in the public directory when you have opted in.
This license terminates when you delete content or withdraw certificates, except to the extent retention is required by these Terms, by law, or by the integrity of the public certificate record (e.g. an immutable audit entry that a certificate existed and was later withdrawn).
The free tier described on our pricing page is available without charge. Paid tiers, when billing is live, will be charged in advance for the billing period you select; specific terms (refund windows, credit- return on rejected verification, founding-network rate lock) are described on the pricing page and incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them. Late payment on paid tiers may result in downgrade to the free tier or suspension; verified certificates already issued remain valid for their duration regardless of subscription status.
We may suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, including the acceptable- use rules in Section 4 and the verification-integrity rules in Section 5. Where the breach is curable, we will give you reasonable opportunity to cure before suspending. Where the breach is material (fabrication, coercion of customer responses, misrepresentation of verification status), suspension may be immediate.
You may close your account at any time. On closure, existing valid certificates remain accessible at their permanent URLs for their issued duration; embeds on your site continue to function while the certificates are live; new captures and verifications are no longer available.
The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnities, and governing law) survive termination.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care and on a commercially reasonable best-efforts basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific business requirements. Verification outcomes are a matter of reviewer judgment and customer confirmation; Stamp does not warrant that any particular asset will be verified, that any particular metric will be confirmed by the customer, or that a verified certificate will produce any particular commercial outcome for you.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Each party's aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Stamp in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including under Dutch consumer-protection rules where they apply).
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stamp from and against any third-party claim arising from: (a) your content; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) your misrepresentation of verification status. We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnity promptly, and you will have reasonable control of the defence subject to our right to participate at our own cost.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes (anything affecting your rights, our liability, or the verification-integrity commitments in Section 5) will be notified to you by email at the address on file and surfaced as a banner on this page for at least 30 days before they take effect. Editorial corrections are noted in the version history at the bottom of this document.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The courts of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you reside.
