Your company gets verified once. After that, every testimonial and every case study follows the same five-step path. Here is the whole thing, including the parts that protect your customer from you, and you from us.
Before any customer proof, Stamp verifies the company itself: the business registry record, the EU VAT number, and a reputation check by a human reviewer. On success you get a business verification certificate at a permanent public URL, a badge for your site, and entry to the directory. This step is free, always.
REGISTRY + VAT + REPUTATION · RENEWED ANNUALLY · REQUIRED FOR DIRECTORY LISTING
Add your customer's name and email at the dashboard and Stamp sends them a guided capture invite, or upload an existing case study you already have. Capture takes your customer under five minutes, which is faster than asking them to review a document anyway.
EXPIRES AFTER 14 DAYS · REMINDERS AT DAY 3 AND DAY 7
How the capture flow works in detail →Four guided questions: the situation, the change, the outcome they can put a number on, and a recommendation. An AI drafts the asset from their answers; the customer edits the draft, fixes the quote, and confirms the specific metrics. The customer picks the consent level too: named, or anonymised to an industry and size band.
THE CONSENT BANNER NAMES EVERY FIELD THAT WILL APPEAR PUBLICLY
LinkedIn sign-in establishes that the person confirming is who they say they are and works where they say they work. Then every individual claim, each metric, the quote text, the narrative, gets an explicit confirm or flag. One flagged claim sends the asset to a human reviewer instead of forward.
IDENTITY IS HELD IN A REVIEWER-ONLY VAULT · THE PUBLIC PAGE SHOWS "JANE D." AT MOST
A Stamp employee, never the vendor and never an algorithm alone, reviews the asset, the customer's confirmations, the source documents, and the automated prescreen side by side. Approve, flag, or reject. Every decision is logged to an audit table that is never edited.
DECISIONS ARE LOGGED IMMUTABLY
A permanent public record at stampcertified.com, a 2-page PDF, and embeddable badges for your site, decks, and emails. The certificate carries an RFC 3161 cryptographic timestamp, so its issuance time is provable independent of any clock Stamp or you control. You cannot edit it after issuance. Neither can we, silently.
See the embeds in action →ONE-TIME BV. FIVE STEPS PER CLAIM. EVERY CERTIFICATE.
A certificate is not a PDF in a drawer. The moment it is issued, it starts working in four places at once.
Grouped with your other proof, with structured data search engines and AI assistants can read.
Industry, outcome, customer size, region. Buyers filtering for your exact proof find you, not your category.
When proof exists for an industry, outcome, and company profile, Stamp creates the page buyers search for. No proof, no page.
Badges and widgets on your site, decks, and emails, all resolving to the public record.
And the network compounds.Every badge on every vendor's site strengthens the domain your proof lives on. Concentrate your verified proof in one industry or outcome and you earn a specialist badge on the category pages buyers browse. Browse the directory →
Asset certificates do not expire; once your customer has confirmed a result, it stays confirmed. Three mechanisms protect what that means.
The company-level certificate is re-checked every 12 months, with reminders at 60, 30, 7, and 1 days. Asset certificates carry their issuance date permanently and never lapse on their own.
The customer can revisit their confirmation at any time. That ongoing power, not the certificate itself, is what makes a Stamp badge worth more than a logo on a wall.
The certificate ID carries a content hash; the RFC 3161 timestamp anchors it to a moment in time. A certificate cannot be quietly rewritten after the fact, by anyone, including us.
Consent level is the customer's choice, not yours. Anonymous assets go through the exact same identity check and claim confirmation; what changes is only the public attribution.
A confirmed quote with named attribution: person, role, company.
Situation, approach, results, metrics, with named attribution.
The same confirmed quote, attributed to a role at an industry and size band.
Full verified narrative, anonymised attribution. Stamp scores the anonymisation risk before publishing.
"My customers won't go public" is not a blocker. An anonymous certificate still tells a buyer that a real, identity-checked person at a real company confirmed these specific numbers. That is more than most named, unverified case studies can say.
