Independence is structural. Reviewers do not see payment status, and rejecting a paying vendor's asset has no consequence for the reviewer. What happens if my customer doesn't respond?›
Captures get gentle reminders at day 3 and day 7 and expire at day 14. An expired capture does not consume a credit; the credit returns to your balance and you can re-invite when the timing is better.
What happens if verification is rejected?›
The credit returns to your balance. You pay for verified assets, not for attempts, and never for a verdict. The reviewer's decision is logged and final for that submission; you can address the issue and run a new capture.
Do certificates expire?›
Asset certificates do not expire; once your customer has confirmed a result, it stays confirmed. The business verification renews annually, free, with reminders well in advance. How verification works →
What does "grandfathered indefinitely" mean?›
Founding network members keep the €19 rate for as long as their subscription stays active, regardless of what the public price becomes later. Cancel and rejoin later, and the public rate applies.
Can I cancel unlimited?›
